Dr Bryan Tully is a member of the Psychologists at Law Group.

Dr Tully has a specialist interest and experience in issues of credibility and deception. Expert witness reports are provided in legal proceedings in the following areas:

• Credibility of children who have been interviewed about abuse under the ‘Achieving Best Evidence’ protocol in England and Wales or under the ‘Guidance on Interviewing Child Witnesses’ in Scotland.
• Disputed and queried false confessions.
• Questionable “recovered memories” or queried false memories.

Dr Tully has been consulted on over 800 cases throughout the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
